BADRC is raising funds to help the flood affected fellow Australians in NSW and QLD

 BADRC
is a registered charity established by Bangladesh Community in 1998 to help the
victims of floods that swept a large parts of Bangladesh in 1998. Since its
establishment BADRC has raised funds and participated in relief activities in
Bangladesh and Australia to the amount of more than $221,000.

Currently BADRC is raising funds to help the
flood affected fellow Australians in NSW and QLD, in partnership with Vinnies. In
addition to the current fund raising project

·       
BADRC established a Cyclone
Shelter (Cost more than $50,000),in 2013

·       
BADRC contributed about Tk.
3.40 lacs for treatment and welfare support ,to mainly female victims of the
Rana Plaza disaster in Savar

·       
BADRC partered with
Australian Red Cross, Caritas Australia, Oxfam, Dhaka Ahsania Mission,
Poribortan Chai, Mehmankhana (Dhaka)  etc
charitable organisations

·       
BADRC also provided funds
raised from you for relief activities for the floods in Bangladesh,  NSW, victims of fire disaster in Victoria, floods
in Brisbane

·       
BADRC constructed a Cyclone
Shelter (shown below) in Bangladesh in a coastal area in Khulna at a cost of
more than $50,000.

With the help of
Bangladeshi Community members BADRC has been able to build a reputation of a
good charity and the results achieved so far by BADRC are shown in a diagram
below:
